Privacy Policy

• Email address and authentication data (via Supabase).
• Conversation content — messages sent and received.
• Payment metadata (via Stripe — we never store card numbers).
• Usage data — message counts, plan tier, session activity.

• Full payment card details — handled entirely by Stripe.
• Device identifiers or third-party tracking pixels.
• Data from users under 18.

We use your data to deliver the service, process payments, maintain your account, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your messages are processed by Anthropic’s Claude API. Anthropic’s own privacy policy applies to that processing. Conversation history may be stored in your account for continuity on All Access plans.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@askfigurai.com.

Data is stored securely via Supabase with row-level security. Payments are handled by Stripe. No platform is 100% secure — use at your own discretion.
